connecT with other christians
At MiChurch, we're on a mission to make disciples who make disciples (See Matthew 28:18-20). To accomplish this Great Commission, we provide opportunities to build relationships with other Christians to foster spiritual growth and maturity in the following ways:
Sundays - Come and take part in one of our Sunday morning services where we gather together as a large group to hear God’s word through a dynamic message as well as sing encouraging and uplifting songs to one another and to our Lord.
Weekly - Join one of our Discipleship Groups, or D-Groups. These are small groups of Christians who strive to live out God's word in their lives. This is in recognition of the fact that, in scripture, when God worked to bring about His purpose, He did it through people. (e.g. Moses, the Judges, David, the Prophets, Jesus, Peter, Paul, etc.) We are also shown time and again in scripture that Christians not only met in a large group setting as a church, but met continuously in homes (Acts 2:42-47).
Ready to join a D-group? If you are new to MiChurch or have not yet joined a group, the best way to join a D-group is to attend our Foundations 101* class or visit the Connection Point located in the foyer of our auditorium.
*Foundations 101 classes are offered throughout the year and run for several weeks. You can watch our Foundations 101 series on Youtube. Click here to view.
