Walk with us on Tuesdays following Bible study from 7:45 to 8:15 PM and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:15 PM. This is a low to medium impact walking workout that will help to boost your metabolism, burn calories, and just make you smile (and sweat)! Invite your friends!
